Don continues to recuperate from heart surgery, and he feels confident that he will be able to appear at the Sea Music Festival at Mystic Seaport Museum sometime
during the weekend of June 12-14.

Don is making progress from his heart surgery in late-December, followed by several other issues that arose in February. Since he has been unable to perform during his lengthy convalescence, some fundraiser concerts have been scheduled to help him along financially.

Sun. May 3, 2015  - South Street Seaport Museum - from 2-4:30 P.M. - 12 Fulton St. (lobby) – downtown New York City. The NY Packet will host this and combine it with their being back at the seaport after last year's hurricane. The hat will be passed once for the seaport, and once for Don.

Saturday, May 16th - The Portables will be performing at the Sounding Board Coffee House in West Hartford, and they have decided that all proceeds from that night will go directly to Don.

Some Sunday night (to be determined by Bill Walach) a fundraiser for Don will be held at the Main Pub in Manchester, CT … stay tuned .

Don's band-mates from THE MORGANS: Mark O'Donnell, Tom Callinan, and Tony Morris will be holding one too, but a date that hasn't been announced as of yet … stay tuned .

Don is making progress from his heart surgery in late-December, followed by several other issues that arose in February. Since he has been unable to perform during his lengthy convalescence, some fundraiser concerts have been scheduled to help him along financially.

Sat.  April 11, 2015 -  Mystic, CT - from 2-5pm at the German Club - 54 Greenmanville Ave. (just across the street from the main entrance to the museum.) - Geoff Kaufman is the point person there.
 
Wed. April 22, 2015  - McKinnon's Irish Pub in downtown Hartford (on Asylum St. just east of Trumbull St.) - Jeanne Freeman runs the session down there that usually starts at 7:00 P.M., but she might want to start at 6:00 P.M., so a call to McKinnon's would be advisable.
